I believe it was 8th grade when Jimmy Green died. He was a good friend of mine and I think of him often. Early one Saturday morning he called me to join him while he tried out a mini-bike that he hoped to purchase. I couldn't go and learned later that day that he had crashed it and was in the hospital. As I recall, he died the next day. Rest in peace Jimmy.
I remember coming to shop class and Jimmies seat was empty. Dad bought him a mini bike and while trying it out he hit a pole in front of dad. Rest in peace.
